1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HHC Travel™ website (hhc.travel), any affiliated websites, applications, services, or platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

Your continued use of the Services following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. About HHC Travel™

"HHC Travel™" is an unregistered DBA (doing business as) of SlateRiver LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. All brands operated under or affiliated with HHC Travel™, including but not limited to Happy Holiday Couples, Crystallized Lovers, BEANS™, BEANS Financial™, Relationship Goals, and all Noo World Platform brands, are unregistered DBAs of SlateRiver LLC.

Operations are managed by MCM Enterprises, also a DBA of SlateRiver LLC. References to "we," "us," "our," or "HHC Travel™" throughout these Terms refer to SlateRiver LLC and its affiliated DBAs as applicable.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, trademarks (registered and unregistered), trade names, service marks, logos, content, designs, text, graphics, photographs, software, code, and all other proprietary materials displayed on or associated with the Services are exclusively licensed from Chude Muonelo, MS, LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).

No use, reproduction, distribution, modification, display, performance, transmission, or creation of derivative works from any content or materials is permitted without the express written consent of the intellectual property owner. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

The names HHC Travel™, Happy Holiday Couples, Crystallized Lovers, BEANS™, BEANS Financial™, Relationship Goals, Noo World, House of Terravian, and all associated logos and taglines are proprietary marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property.

4. No Therapeutic or Counseling Relationship

Chude Muonelo's credentials (MS, LPC — Licensed Professional Counselor) are disclosed solely for the purpose of transparency regarding the intellectual property licensor's professional background. The disclosure of these credentials does not constitute an offer of professional services, nor does it create any duty of care, therapeutic alliance, or professional obligation to any user of the Services.

Use of this platform, its content, and any affiliated applications does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, therapeutic, psychological, medical, or counseling advice. Users should seek independent, licensed professionals for any legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical needs.

5. Services Description

HHC Travel™ provides the following services, subject to availability and these Terms:

• Travel booking and reservation facilitation for couples and individuals
• Curated travel destination recommendations and content
• Couples travel experiences, itineraries, and packages
• Cruise booking facilitation and cruise destination information
• Access to affiliated applications, including the Relationship Goals App
• Financial education content through BEANS™ and BEANS Financial™ programs
• Connection with independent travel agents

All services are provided on an "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

6. User Accounts & Eligibility

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

7. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings made through HHC Travel™ are subject to the following terms:

• Prices displayed are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment is processed
• Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm a reservation
• All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors
• You are responsible for verifying all booking details, including travel dates, destinations, passenger names, and special requirements, prior to confirmation
• Additional fees, taxes, resort fees, port charges, and surcharges may apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking
• Travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates) are the sole responsibility of the traveler

8. Refund Policy

All sales generate credits. Credits are never refunded to the original payment method. For complete details regarding our credit system, cancellation windows, and policies, please review our Refund Policy.

By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to our credit-only refund policy as outlined in the Refund Policy page.

9. Third-Party Services

HHC Travel™ facilitates bookings and provides referrals to independent third-party travel providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, and travel insurance providers. These third-party providers are independent entities and are not agents, employees, or representatives of HHC Travel™ or SlateRiver LLC.

Each third-party provider operates under its own terms of service, privacy policy, cancellation policy, and liability provisions. HHC Travel™ is not responsible for:

• The acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of any third-party provider
• Any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from third-party services
• Changes to third-party pricing, availability, or policies
• The quality or safety of accommodations, transportation, or activities provided by third parties

10. BEANS™ & BEANS Financial™ Disclaimer

All financial education content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Users should consult with licensed, qualified financial advisors, tax professionals, and/or legal counsel before making any financial decisions. HHC Travel™, SlateRiver LLC, and all affiliated entities expressly disclaim any liability for financial decisions made based on content provided through BEANS™ or BEANS Financial™ programs.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HHC TRAVEL, SLATERIVER LLC, ITS DBAS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "HHC PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any booking, travel experience, or third-party service
• Any content, information, or materials obtained through the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Any conduct of any third party on the Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE HHC PARTIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HHC TRAVEL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the HHC Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New Mexico.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of New Mexico in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in connection with the arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Data Sharing

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be shared across House of Terravian and Noo World Platform companies, including all entities operating under SlateRiver LLC and its affiliated DBAs, for operational purposes, service improvement, marketing, analytics, and to provide you with relevant offerings across our family of brands, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the Services or via email to the address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
