Refund Policy
1. Overview
ALL SALES GENERATE CREDITS. CREDITS ARE NEVER REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. By completing a purchase or booking through HHC Travel™, you acknowledge and accept this credit-only policy.
HHC Travel™, an unregistered DBA of SlateRiver LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, operates a credit-based refund system. When a cancellation is approved in accordance with the terms below, the value of your purchase will be issued as HHC Travel™ credits to your account. These credits may be applied toward future bookings, upgrades, and eligible add-on services. No monetary refunds, chargebacks, or returns to bank accounts, credit cards, or other original payment methods will be processed under any circumstances.
2. Credit System
HHC Travel™ credits function as follows:
- Issuance: Credits are issued to your HHC Travel™ account upon approval of an eligible cancellation request
- Value: Credits are issued at the dollar value of the eligible portion of your booking, minus any applicable cancellation fees
- Transferability: Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued
- Eligible Uses: Credits may be applied toward:
- Future travel bookings (cruises, resorts, villas, hotels, flights)
- Booking upgrades (room upgrades, cabin upgrades, class upgrades)
- Add-on services (excursions, dining packages, spa services, travel insurance)
- Gift experiences and couples packages
- Partial Use: Credits may be applied partially to a booking. Remaining credit balance stays in your account
- No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any other form of monetary compensation
3. Credit Expiration
All HHC Travel™ credits are valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance. After the 24-month period, unused credits will expire and be forfeited without notice or compensation. It is your responsibility to track your credit balance and expiration dates through your account.
HHC Travel™ is not obligated to notify you of upcoming credit expiration, though we may do so as a courtesy. Expired credits cannot be reinstated, extended, or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation Windows
Cancellation eligibility and credit amounts vary by booking type. The following table outlines our standard cancellation windows:

Processing fees are non-negotiable and are deducted from the credit amount at the time of issuance. All cancellation requests must be submitted through your HHC Travel™ account or by contacting us through the website.
5. Travel Provider Policies
Many bookings facilitated by HHC Travel™ involve independent third-party travel providers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, and tour operators. These providers maintain their own cancellation and refund policies, which may be more restrictive than the HHC Travel™ credit policy outlined above.
In cases where a travel provider's cancellation policy is more restrictive, the provider's policy will take precedence. HHC Travel™ cannot override, modify, or make exceptions to a travel provider's cancellation terms. Any credits or refunds issued by a travel provider will be subject to that provider's terms and timelines.
It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policies of all third-party travel providers associated with your booking before confirming your reservation.
6. Travel Insurance
HHC Travel™ strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation coverage. HHC Travel™ does not provide, underwrite, or administer travel insurance.
Travel insurance may provide coverage for cancellations and losses that fall outside the scope of our credit policy, including medical emergencies, flight cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. We recommend reviewing and purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
Any travel insurance purchased through third-party providers linked from our platform is governed entirely by the insurance provider's terms and conditions. HHC Travel™ has no involvement in claims processing or coverage determinations.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, travel bans, severe weather events, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, or other force majeure events, HHC Travel™ will make reasonable efforts to work with affected travelers on a case-by-case basis.
During force majeure events, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Extend credit expiration dates for affected bookings
- Waive or reduce processing fees for eligible cancellations
- Offer alternative travel dates or destinations, subject to availability
Force majeure provisions do not guarantee full credit issuance or override third-party provider policies. Any accommodations made during force majeure events are at the sole discretion of HHC Travel™ and do not establish a precedent for future events.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a credit determination, you may submit a written dispute through the HHC Travel™ website within thirty (30) days of the credit decision. Disputes submitted after 30 days will not be considered.
All disputes will be reviewed by our team and a final determination will be communicated within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. The decision rendered following a dispute review is final and binding.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process, the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions outlined in our Terms & Conditions will apply.
